Is Pharaoh's Strike free to play?

Yes, completely free to download and play on Android. Optional in-app purchases are available, but no purchase is required to progress through the game.

The game crashes or won't load — what should I do?

Try restarting the app, then restart your device. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the game (your progress is saved server-side). Email us at [email protected] with your device model and Android version.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Email [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and we'll process your request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Can I play Pharaoh's Strike offline?

Yes! All levels are fully playable offline. An internet connection is only required for leaderboard syncing and processing in-app purchases. Siege fortresses anywhere, anytime.

How do I report a bug or glitch?

Email [email protected] with "Bug Report" in the subject line. Include your device model, Android version, and a description of what happened. Screenshots or recordings help enormously — we investigate every report.

How often do you add new content?

We aim to release content updates every 4–6 weeks. New levels, weapon rebalances, and seasonal events are on our roadmap. Follow the Google Play listing to be notified the moment updates drop.

Is my progress backed up if I switch devices?

Yes. Progress is saved server-side and tied to your Google Play account. Reinstall or switch devices — your campaign, upgrades, and rubies restore automatically when you log in with the same Google account.

Are there plans for an iOS version?

The game is currently available on Android only. We're exploring future platform options — follow our updates for announcements.
